Joe Faylor is a Bay Area singer-songwriter, producer, and musician who plays piano and drums, drawn to melody, harmony, and the emotion at the center of a song.
By day, he works as a creative director in Silicon Valley. Outside of that world, he spends his time writing and producing music, slowly building toward putting more of it out into the world.
His sound is influenced by the songwriting and production of David Foster, Walter Afanasieff, and Phil Collins, as well as the ballad-driven sound of bands like Journey, Toto, and Chicago.
He finds himself drawn to the cinematic ballads of the 80s and 90s, and is interested in exploring how that style can be reimagined for today’s pop music.
